Applications are requested ONLINE by Central Bank of India for filling up 3196 Single Window Operators „A‟/ SWO-A (in Clerical Cadre) posts, from eligible candidates who have appeared in the Common Written Examination (CWE) for recruitment in clerical cadre conducted by IBPS in 2011-12 and have valid Score Card issued by IBPS, Mumbai.

IBPS Score Card (CWE): Candidates must have a valid IBPS score card in IBPS Clerk CWE – 2011-12. General candidates must have secured 24 and SC/ST/PWD/OBC candidates must have secured 21 marks in each of the tests in IBPS Clerk CWE. State wise and category wise total weighted standard score available in the notification.

Application Fee Details: Applicants need to pay Rs. 100/- for General & OBC and Rs.20/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM  candidates. Fee can be paid in the form of Challan downloaded from website at any branch of Central Bank of India from 22-12-2012 to 07-01-2013.

Selection Procedure

IBPS PO Exam 2013 Pattern / Syllabus:-

Written Examination Structure:-

Reasoning – 50 Questions -  50 Marks

English Language 50 Questions -  25 Marks

Quantitative Aptitude – 50 Questions -  50 Marks

General Awareness (with special reference to Banking Industry) – 50 Questions -  50 Marks

Computer Knowledge – 50 Questions -  50 Marks

Descriptive Paper on English Composition (Essay, Precis, Letter Writing etc) – 25 Marks – 60 Minutes

Total No. Of Questions – 250

Marking Scheme:-

There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Test. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If for any question a candidate gives more than one answer, it will be treated as wrong even if one of the given answers happens to be right and there will be the same penalty of 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question deducted as penalty. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is given by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.

Standardized Scores:-

The corrected scores obtained by each of the candidates will further be converted into standardized scores following Linear Conversion Method. If the total for a test is in fraction, the marks obtained will be rounded off to the nearest integer, i.e. if fraction exceeds by 0.50 or more, it will be rounded off to next higher integer.

Cuttoff Score:-

Each candidate will have to secure a minimum standardized score in each of the tests to qualify in the written examination and to be considered for vacancies in the participating banks. The cut-off points will be decided based on the average (Average – ¼ Standard Deviation for General category candidates and Average – ¾ Standard Deviation for Reserved Category candidates).

CWE Score Card:-

IBPS will print the Score Cards for each of the qualifying candidates and will send the same by Registered/ Speed post to each candidate at the correspondence address specified in his/ her online application.

Validity of CWE Score Card:-

The scores awarded to candidates, who qualify in CWE-PO/MT-II, will be valid for one year from the date of issuance of the scorecard and will be considered for recruitment exercises during that period. Candidates who have been declared as qualified in the previous CWE (I) are also permitted to apply, if they wish to improve their scores and/or keep the scores valid for a further period of 1 year from the date of issuance of scorecards of this CWE (CWE-PO/MT-II).

         SBI PO( Probationary Officers) Exam 2013 :-

ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA:-

(A) Essential Academic Qualifications : Graduation in any discipline from a recognised College / University
(B) Age Limit : As on 01.06.2011  Not below 21 years and not above 30 years as on 01.06.2011 i.e candidates must  have been born not earlier than 02.06.1981 and not later than 01.06.1990 (both days inclusive)

Relaxation in the Upper Age Limit to Reserved category candidates Upper age is relaxable by

(1) 3 years in the case of OBC candidates.
(2) 5 years in the case of : i) SC/ST candidates. ii) Ex-servicemen (including Emergency Commissioned Officers/Short Service Commissioned Officers) who have rendered at least five years continuous Military Service and have been released on completion of assignment (including those whose assignment is due to be completed within one year) otherwise than by way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency or /on account of physical disability or have been released on account of physical disability attributable to Military Service or on invalidment iii) Candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in Kashmir Division of the State of Jammu and Kashmir between 1st January, 1980 and 31st December, 1989.
(3) 10 years for VH/OH (Gen); 13 years for VH/OH (OBC) and 15 years for VH/OH (SC/ST) candidates.

SBI PO Exam 2013 Patterm / syllabus:-

(a) Phase-I – Written Examination : Combined duration 3 Hrs. (Objective & Descriptive Type Tests — Max. Marks – 250)

The duration of objective type test will be 2 hours max. marks 200 and will consist of :

i) Test of English Language (Grammer, Vocabulary, Comprehension etc.)
ii) Test of General Awareness, Marketing & Computers
iii) Test of Data Analysis & Interpretation
iv) Test of Reasoning (High Level)

The duration of descriptive type test will be 1 hour max. marks – 50 and the test will be of “Test of English Language (Comprehension, short precis, letter writing & essay)” Descriptive test paper of only those candidates will be evaluated who are adequately high in percentile ranking in each of all the four objective tests and have scored overall aggregate 40% and above in case of General category and aggregate 35% and above in case SC/ST/OBC/PWD category. The qualifying marks for descriptive test will also be overall aggregate 40% for General category and overall aggregate 35% for SC/ST/OBC/ PWD category. The merit list of written examination will be based on the aggregate of the marks obtained by the candidates in objective and descriptive tests.

(b) Phase-II : Group Discussion & Interview :

Max Marks – 50 (GD – 20, Interview – 30)

The aggregate marks of objective and descriptive test will be arranged in descending order and the candidate who have qualified in both the written tests will be called for group discussion and interview depending upon the vacancies in each category, subject to maximum of 3 times of the vacancies.
