Qualification & Experience:

i) Post Graduate degree/Engineering in Petro-Chemicals/ Chemical Engineering or PhD/Graduation in any other relevant subject. ii) Outstanding communication, project management and organizational skills iii) At least 5 years of work experience in Fertilizers sector, preference will be given for experience in Fertilizers sector best practices. iv) Familiarity with the working environment and professional standards of international organizations, National and State Governments. v) Working experience with GOI institutions involved in sustainable development/ community empowerment/ natural resource management vi) Experience in working with NGOs and civil society, and with participatory approaches vii) Proficiency in English and computer literacy is essential
3. Oil and Gas Sector Specialist:
Qualification & Experience:
 i) Post Graduate degree/PhD/Engineering in Chemical/Petro-Chemical or any other relevant subject. ii) Outstanding communication, project management and organizational skills iii) At least 5 years of work experience in Oil and Gas sector, preference will be given for experience in Oil and Gas sector best practices. iv) Familiarity with the working environment and professional standards of international organizations, National and State Governments. v) Working experience with GOI institutions involved in sustainable development/ community empowerment/ natural resource management vi) Experience in working with NGOs and civil society, and with participatory approaches vi) Proficiency in English and computer literacy is essential
4. Ports and Shipping Sector Specialist:

5. Salt Pans Sector Specialist:

 i) Post Graduate degree/ PhD/Engineering in Ground Water Management/Soil Engineering or any other relevant subject. ii) Outstanding communication, project management and organizational skills iii) At least 5 years of work experience in Salt Pans sector, preference will be given for experience in Salt Pans sector best practices. iv) Familiarity with the working environment and professional standards of international organizations, National and State Governments. v) Working experience with GOI institutions involved in sustainable development/ community empowerment/ natural resource management vi) Experience in working with NGOs and civil society, and with participatory approaches vii) Proficiency in English and computer literacy is essential
