“Dell ” Walk-In Customer Care Voice ( International )120 Job Openings : Chennai On  6th April 2013

– We have job openings for Customer Care Voice ( International ).

– Business to Business Calling ( no sales calls)

– Graduates with or without any experience.

– Willingness to work in continuous night shifts

– Fluency in spoken English, with good language skills, Voice Quality and a neutral accent.

Eligibility:

Graduates / diploma holders in any discipline

(MCA, MSCIT,MSC Computer Science will be excluded) B.E/ B.Tech graduates with specialization in  CSE and IT can apply with less than 65 % as aggregate and candidates from other disciplines with less than 80% can apply. Candidates with international calling experience for more than 6 months do not have percentage limitations.
